About Us

Our founder and current President and CEO, Jack E. Bobo, Jr., in 1988, saw a need to provide quality visitor services for visitors to the Florida State Parks. In October 1988, he and his partner were awarded a contract from the State of Florida to operate a boat tour in the Collier-Seminole State Park. Providing interpretive boat tours of the Black Water River and working from an 8' x 8' mobile building with no electric or phone, Mr. Bobo quickly increased visitation to this seldom visited Park by providing a professional operation which focused on customer service, quality product, and a desire to create lasting positive family memories.

Over the years, Mr. Bobo's operations have expanded and have been entrusted with the care and preservation of some of Florida's most prized destinations. Our founder's philosophy still remains the same today as it did from the beginning: to provide resource-based recreation and superior visitor services, while interpreting and preserving our natural and cultural resources.
